Your Dog (And You) Need Exercise!
Did you know that, while it varies by size, breed and age, dogs need from 30 minutes to 2 hours of activity each day! Instead of your regular walks, here are some ways to you both in good health:
- Let your dog walk you. Where she goes you go. Her nose knows!

- Run on a hiking trail — get off the beaten path away from traffic and concrete.
